Our platform is built to understand and serve the unique needs of local communities.

User Accounts

Account Creation

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

Payments and Fees

• Apyri may charge service fees for platform use
• Service providers set their own rates within reasonable limits

Refunds and Disputes

• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• Disputes should be reported within 48 hours of service completion
• We may mediate disputes between users
• Unresolved disputes may be subject to arbitration

Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

The Apyri platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Colony Studio and protected by intellectual property laws. Users retain rights to their own content but grant us a license to use it on the platform.

Termination

Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
